444qq Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 444qq ("444qq", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444qq online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and any other content available through the website at 444qq.org or through the 444qq Android application.

By registering an account on 444qq, depositing funds, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific promotions or games. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 444qq platform.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 444qq platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. 444qq reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 444qq. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
• 1.2You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by law at the time of each transaction or game session. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• 1.3You must register using your own, accurate personal information. Accounts registered in false names, with false contact details, or on behalf of another person are not permitted. Each individual is entitled to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 444qq platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to suspension without notice.
• 1.4Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 444qq, its technology providers, game suppliers, and payment processing partners are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any promotional activity on the platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of 444qq, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following terms govern your account registration and ongoing account maintenance obligations.

• 2.1You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.
• 2.2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, whether for payment or otherwise. 444qq will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.
• 2.3444qq may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before processing a withdrawal request or at any other point during your account lifecycle. Required documentation may include a national identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal processing.
• 2.4Any activity originating from your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you or by another party who gained access to your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 444qq customer support immediately.
• 2.5444qq reserves the right to close or merge duplicate accounts discovered during routine platform monitoring or as a result of a specific investigation. Winnings generated through or credited to duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any outstanding withdrawal requests from duplicate accounts may be declined.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

444qq supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via approved payment methods. The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through your 444qq account.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount on 444qq is ৳200 (Bangladeshi Taka two hundred). Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved mobile wallet or bank transfer methods as listed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods are subject to change without advance notice.
• 3.2All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT. 444qq is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your mobile wallet operator or bank in connection with a deposit transaction.
• 3.3Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC review if the required documentation has not been provided. 444qq targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment method and the player's mobile network or bank.
• 3.4444qq reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if the funds to be withdrawn are reasonably suspected to derive from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, a detailed review will be conducted before a final determination is made.
• 3.5Players are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other obligations arising from winnings or any other income received through the 444qq platform. 444qq does not withhold taxes on behalf of players and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings in Bangladesh.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

444qq offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions applicable to the individual promotion.

• 4.1The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Eligibility is limited to one (1) welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts, devices, or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 4.2All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement must be met in full within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement before the expiry date will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• 4.3444qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without advance notice. In the event a promotion is cancelled, bonus funds already credited to player accounts as a result of that promotion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• 4.4Free spins granted as part of a promotion are valid only for the specific games stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion.
• 4.5444qq reserves the right to void bonuses, free spins, and associated winnings, and to recover such amounts from player account balances, in cases where a player is reasonably suspected of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting a game or bet combination to achieve guaranteed profit (matched betting, arbitrage, or similar strategies) while meeting wagering requirements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444qq platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

• 5.1Registering more than one account on the 444qq platform, whether under the same name or under different names or aliases, is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, 444qq will close all duplicate accounts, retain any deposited funds pending investigation, and void any associated winnings.
• 5.2The use of any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the 444qq platform, place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent platform security measures is strictly prohibited. Any player found using such tools will have their account immediately terminated and all associated winnings forfeited.
• 5.3Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal source, is strictly prohibited. 444qq cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required under applicable law.
• 5.4Colluding with other players, manipulating the result of a game, or engaging in any form of cheating is prohibited. This includes sharing information with other players at the same live casino table for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, as well as any form of chip dumping in poker or similar games.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 444qq platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and design elements, is the exclusive property of 444qq or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the 444qq platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of 444qq.

The 444qq name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 444qq. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444qq platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444qq's liability to any player is limited as set out in the following clauses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• 7.1444qq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if 444qq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 7.2444qq does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or events outside 444qq's reasonable control may affect platform availability. 444qq will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
• 7.3In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 444qq reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. No additional compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

444qq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the circumstances set out below. Where possible, 444qq will provide reasonable advance notice of account closure except where immediate action is required.

• 8.1444qq may suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: provision of false registration information, operation of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software or automation tools, collusion, cheating, or any fraudulent or criminal activity.
• 8.2If your account is closed by 444qq due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including both real-money funds and bonus funds) may be forfeited at 444qq's discretion. Pending withdrawal requests may be declined. 444qq is not obligated to pay out winnings derived from activity that violated these Terms.
• 8.3You may close your 444qq account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing an account closure request, 444qq may require you to complete any outstanding KYC verification and process any pending withdrawal requests in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

9. Responsible Gaming

444qq is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected. A player who has self-excluded may not open a new account during the exclusion period. 10. Amendments to These Terms

444qq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, 444qq will endeavour to provide notice to registered players by email to the address registered on the account, by an in-platform notification, or by publication of the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the 444qq platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 444qq operates a platform intended for use by players in Bangladesh and applies relevant standards in the operation of its services.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 444qq, the player should first contact customer support to seek a resolution. 444qq will endeavour to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support, the player may escalate the matter in accordance with 444qq's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team on request.
